Charges and Quality of Work
Herle's Automotive has faced criticism regarding their pricing and quality of work. Author Kiel Holden was charged $59 to tap out two small pins, which he deemed excessive, and was initially told that a suspension issue prevented them from doing an alignment. Another author, Randy Florence, reported that his inner tie rod was twisted due to lack of loosening a hose clamp, and some lug nuts were over- or under-torqued.
