We are a family-owned and operated business, established in 1991, when Greg Hellyer relocated his young family from Saskatoon to Westbank, in pursuit of better opportunities. Initially, the company was run by Greg and his brother Mick, handling small jobs and residential construction. As the housing market in Westbank began to flourish, so did our business.

In 2002, Greg's son, Jordan, joined the company after graduating from high school. He started working on the tools, honing his skills to become a journeyman plumber, while also learning the intricacies of running a small business. Together, Greg and Jordan have successfully completed over 400 homes in Sonoma Pines, along with other notable projects such as Sendero Canyon in Penticton, Stonewater in Peachland, and Tallus Ridge in West Kelowna.

In 2013, Greg retired, leaving the company in the capable hands of Jordan and his wife, Channing. Under their leadership, the team has grown to 11 members, providing services to major projects and custom homes in Kelowna, West Kelowna, and Penticton. We are proud to be associated with Habitat for Humanity, contributing to affordable housing projects, and sponsoring our local hockey team, the West Kelowna Warriors.
