Detailing & Engineering
We take pride in doing our own steel detailing using the latest 3D modeling software to give us complete control over projects. Our state-of-the-art software allows us to maximize our productivity and meet even the most demanding schedules and exacting requirements. Our 3D models incorporate the steel structure along with other building materials, enabling us to eliminate problems like wood and steel clashes.
Steel Fabrication
Fabricating steel in-house is another way we've embraced efficiency at Sonic Steel. Our 15,000 square foot facility is fully equipped with the capacity to fabricate and erect 750 tons of structural and miscellaneous steel annually. We take precision and quality seriously, relying on the most up-to-date processes and having amassed a team of experienced, skilled employees.
Erection
At Sonic Steel, we proudly erect our own steel. Our qualified site crews include skilled ironworkers, welders, and connectors who do the job right and with professionalism. Safety is our top priority, and we have safety programs in place for both in the shop and in the field.
