Our Services

Our weekly classes include accessible yoga classes perfect for beginners, prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga, yoga to support fertility, children's yoga, and summer camp programs. Our team of experienced and passionate teachers are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your practice. Our founder, Nicole Blackwood, has created a studio that is truly a reflection of her passion for yoga and her commitment to creating a welcoming space for everyone. Our team includes Megan Morgan, Studio Manager, Maria Hillier, Darla O'Reilly, Christie Fahey, Val Wicks, Andrea Porter, Danielle (Dani) Flynn, Cheryl Fenk, Mary Jo Marsden, and Cathy Duff, each bringing their unique perspective and expertise to our studio.
