Our journey began in 2014, when Todd attended the International School of Pizza in San Francisco, where he learned the art of Neapolitan and Classic Italian pizza-making under the guidance of world champion pizzaiolo, Tony Gemignani. With this newfound expertise, Todd and Brenda brought their unique panned pizza style to the table, combining the best of Italian tradition with a modern twist.
