Poor Customer Service Experience
Author Kevin Reid-Morris had a terrible experience with the company, which he described as one of the worst in his current project. He and his team picked and approved a slab, only to be told days later that it was sold to someone else over the weekend. When he inquired for a direct answer about what happened and the alternative options, he was told to stop 'verbally abusing' the staff.
Initial Negative Impression
Upon visiting the shop, it was clear that customers were a total inconvenience to the business. The staff, including the owner, were unhelpful and rude. They stared at the customers without greeting them, and the owner even muttered that he didn't have time for them. The staff reluctantly took out the slab for inspection, and one of them was angry when Kevin wouldn't approve it by just seeing a small part of it in the stack.
Air Compressor Issues
Another reviewer, Xtreme Busybee, had a bad experience with the company as well. They bought two air compressors from them, thinking it was a reputable company, but they received scrap and the company did not even reply back to their concerns. This reviewer warned others to be very careful when dealing with this company.
