Cleanliness and Comfort

Service and Booking
- Dragan Jovanovic (1 stars) - Booking was easy through booking.com, but the stay was unpleasant, and the staff was not helpful when concerns were raised.
- Hon Solo (1 stars) - Shady hotel, and staff was dishonest about the cancellation policy.
Facilities and Location
- Leslie (5 stars) - Close to the hot springs, with a pool at the motel.
- Lacey Anderson (4 stars) - Pool and hot tub were great for kids, especially since the wait for the hot springs was too long.
Drawbacks
- Dragan Jovanovic (1 stars) - Old and needs updates, small double bed, carpet was bad, and the bathroom floor was sloped.
- Carl (1 stars) - No AC, so it's hot during summer times, and cleanliness issues with hair under the blankets and old bread in the drawer.
