Nestled in the heart of Radium Hot Springs, BC, Gables Motel offers a unique and tranquil experience for every guest. Our motel is a stone's throw away from the world-famous Radium Hot Spring pools, Kootenay National Park of Canada, and just 135km from Banff townsite. We are located near the beautiful lakes of Invermere and Lake Windermere, and a short distance from several golf courses and ski resorts.
Gables Motel is proudly family-owned and operated, and we are committed to providing a comfortable and hassle-free stay for all our guests. With new ownership in 2020, we look forward to enhancing our motel and continuing to offer exceptional service. We are pleased to now offer four rooms reserved for guests with pets, with an electric vehicle charging station coming soon!
Our Rooms
At Gables Motel, we offer a range of clean and bright rooms to suit your needs. Our rooms come in three different categories: single, double, and king suite. Each room is non-smoking and equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, and cable TV. We provide an assigned parking space right in front of each room, along with outdoor seating areas for you to enjoy the gorgeous views and mountain air.
Our single rooms come with an outdoor table and chairs, while our double rooms feature two queen beds. We have pet-friendly rooms available for both single and double rooms, and our king suites offer the perfect space for a special occasion or a luxurious stay. Our newly added kitchen suite is equipped with a king bed, queen pull-out couch, two TVs, medium fridge, and a cooktop.
Jacuzzi rooms are also available for those who want to relax and unwind. For guests who want to enjoy the outdoors, we have a gazebo sundeck with a barbecue available year-round. Snacks, drinks, and ice are available for purchase on the premises.
Our Services
At Gables Motel, we offer a range of services to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We provide free wireless internet access in all rooms, as well as wheelchair-accessible rooms that are all located on the ground level. We also have designated smoking areas available on the property.
For guests traveling with pets, we offer pet-friendly rooms upon approval and will charge a nominal fee per night, per pet. All rates are based on double occupancy, with an additional fee for each additional guest or cot.
Our check-in time is 4PM, with a check-out time of 11AM. We do charge a late check-in fee of $20 after midnight. All prices are in Canadian dollars, and we enforce a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Recent Updates
We are excited to share that we have recently updated our rooms with new flooring, paint, and mattresses. We have also added a new BBQ for guests to use, as well as propane fire pits to enjoy in the evening. Our newly added kitchen suite is now available for booking, offering guests a spacious and comfortable stay.
We welcome new ownership in March 2020, and we are committed to bringing fresh updates to the motel while maintaining its family charm. We hope you enjoy our new website and the information to come.
