Our Services
*Home Counselling*: We understand that it can be difficult to find the time and energy to attend in-person counselling sessions, especially if you are dealing with mobility issues or a busy schedule. That's why we offer home counselling services, where our therapists can come to you, in the comfort and convenience of your own home.
*Individual Counselling*: Our individual counselling services are tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. We can help you address a wide range of issues, including addictions, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and stress management. Our therapists use evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based therapy, to help you create lasting change.
*Couples Counselling*: Relationships can be challenging, but they can also be a source of great joy and fulfillment. Our couples counselling services can help you and your partner strengthen your connection, improve communication, and navigate conflicts in a healthy and productive way. We use evidence-based approaches, such as emotion-focused therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, to support you in creating a strong and loving relationship.
*Child Counselling*: Children and adolescents face unique challenges as they grow and develop. Our child counselling services are designed to help young people navigate these challenges and build resilience. We use play-based therapy, art therapy, and other child-friendly approaches to help kids express their feelings and work through difficult emotions.
*Parenting Services*: Parenting can be a rewarding but challenging experience. Our parenting services are designed to support you in your role as a parent, providing you with tools and strategies to help you connect with your child, set boundaries, and manage behaviour.
*EFAPS & Referrals*: We understand that sometimes you need more specialized care than we can provide. That's why we offer Employee and Family Assistance Programs (EFAPs) and referrals to other trusted professionals. We work closely with you to ensure that you receive the right care for your needs.
