Founded in 2001, Tridecca has strong roots in the communities we build in, growing in lock-step with the fast-changing Province of British Columbia. Our story began in the City of Vancouver, where our founders pioneered several companies involved in leading the way for the city's construction industry. After providing construction services that reshaped Vancouver's skyline in the 1990s, our founding partners decided to lead the development of new projects themselves - and Tridecca was born.
