Our Story

Since 2006, Crave Kitchen + Wine Bar has been meeting the culinary needs of Regina's business community, event scene, and daily food and beverage enthusiasts. Our historic building, built in 1912, has been carefully restored to maintain its unique architectural design features, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that lends itself perfectly to any occasion. Whether you're looking for a business lunch, wedding, or date-night, our restaurant can cater to groups ranging from 2 to 350 guests.

Our Team

Our team is led by Managing Partner and Executive Chef, Jonathan Thauberger, who has over 28 years of culinary experience. Chef Thauberger is dedicated to using local and specially sourced Canadian ingredients to create dishes that showcase the best of B.C. wine country. He is joined by General Manager, Jessica Wallman, who sets the standard for quality staff, efficient service, and consistent presentation, and Operations Manager, Emily Nicholson, who has been with the company since 2007 and is dedicated to working closely with clients to create events that celebrate a special occasion or corporate success.
