Our Expertise

Rebekah M. Weizman, our founder and principal lawyer, has extensive experience in Family Law, having practiced exclusively in this area since being called to the Alberta Bar in 2011. She has appeared in both the Court of Queen's Bench and Provincial Court in Alberta, and has a proven track record of resolving matters both in and out of court. Rebekah's expertise extends to divorce, matrimonial and common law property division, custody and parenting, child support, and spousal support, as well as estate planning, including the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Personal Directives.
