Problems with Staff and Management
Some reviewers had extremely negative experiences with the staff and management of Wise Owls. They reported unprofessional behavior, disrespect, and difficulty in getting problems resolved. For example, one reviewer mentioned that the staff were constantly turning over, which they believed was a sign of unhappy employees. Another reviewer reported that the staff were not trained in Montessori methods and that the facility did not have many Montessori materials.
Lack of Communication and Caring
Reviewers also mentioned that the staff and management were unresponsive to their concerns and that they did not appear to care about the well-being of the children in their care. One reviewer reported that they were hung up on when they tried to express concerns, and another reviewer felt that the owner of the facility only cared about making a profit and not about the children.
