Empowering Children, Enriching Families, and Building Communities
Westminster Children's After School Society (WCAS) is a non-profit society that envisions a community where safe, quality, and affordable childcare is available to all families. We operate in a cooperative, mutually respectful atmosphere with the families, trustees, staff, and administration of the schools, which are our primary base of operations.

Our Commitment
We are committed to providing safe, quality, and affordable childcare to all families. We recognize and acknowledge the Qayqayt First Nation, as well as all Coast Salish peoples, on whose traditional and unceded territories we live, learn, play, and do our work. We are a strong voice for allocation of space and funding for childcare, and we actively work together with community partners.
