What are the clinic hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Phone lines operate from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed weekends and statutory holidays.
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments require registration. Call 604-681-1080 or use our Patient Portal for online booking with physicians, nurses, or nurse practitioners.
Can I email my doctor?
Due to privacy concerns, we do not use email for medical communication. Use our secure Patient Portal for lab results and messages.
Do you see walk-ins?

How do I refill HIV/PrEP medications?
