Catherine A. Haber is a seasoned family lawyer with over 40 years of experience in the field of family law. She graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts degree and subsequently obtained her L.L.B. from Queen's Law School. Ms. Haber articled at the former firm of Justice John White in Hamilton, Ontario and has since participated in numerous continuing legal education programs.
Ms. Haber has practiced exclusively in the field of family law for over four decades and has appeared in all levels of courts, including the Ontario Court, Family Division; the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Family Division; and the Ontario Court of Appeal. She has also acted as a panel member of the Office of the Children's Lawyer and has been appointed to act as a Dispute Resolution Officer in the Superior Court of Justice, Family Division, in Milton, Ontario.
Born and raised in Burlington, Ms. Haber now resides in Oakville, Ontario with her husband and two children.
