Poor Customer Service Experience
The reviewer, Reena Kadri, has had a terrible experience with the insurance company, particularly with two representatives, Farhila Khan and Ali. They were extremely rude and unprofessional in their interactions.
Lack of Transparency and Trust
Farhila Khan was accused of being disrespectful and trying to scam the reviewer by asking for unnecessary personal information, including details about their current insurance company. This created a sense of mistrust and suspicion.
Unacceptable Behavior
Ali, another representative, was also reported to be very rude when handling a claim, yelling at the reviewer over a matter that was beyond their control. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional.
