Our Team
Our team of experts is composed of skilled professionals who diligently analyze market trends and real estate data. With a keen understanding of real estate dynamics, they provide accurate valuations. Our president, Joseph D. Boutilier, CRA P.App, founded the company in 1994, bringing nearly a decade of senior management experience to the table. Susan L. Boutilier, Office Controller, leads our company's administration and accounting with over twenty years of prior experience in banking & finance. Jeffrey R. Pike, CRA P.App, General Manager, has extensive experience in real estate valuation throughout the Nova Scotia market. Peter A. MacLellan, AACI, FRI, P.App, Manager of our Commercial Division, brings decades of experience in real estate valuation across Canada's public and private sectors. Ryan M. Fraser, BBA, CRA P.App, Senior Appraiser, has significantly contributed to our team since 2012. Cody N. J. Scott, BBA, AACI P.App, Senior Commercial Appraiser, joined our team in 2015 and has further honed his expertise in real estate valuation. Abby M. Boutilier, BSc., Appraiser in Training, is our newest team member, bringing academic achievements and a passion for real estate valuation.
