• Shawn Chaisson, President, with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, has an extensive background in various construction types.
• Ben Chaisson, Executive Vice-President, has over 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, with a specialization in development and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
• Greg Morrison, overseeing property management, specializes in tenant relations and retention, and manages building and property upgrades.
• Nicole Chaisson, Chief Financial Officer, is a certified accountant with expertise in tax compliance, planning, and provisioning.
• Seana Palenzuela, Engineer, has a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, and is a licensed professional engineer.
