Unprofessional Behavior and Rip-Offs
Several reviewers have had negative experiences at Strong Automotive, citing unprofessional behavior and rip-offs. Andy and Susan Nash have had positive experiences, but others have been charged extra fees for services, and been told that prices would be higher than initially quoted. Faisal Haider had to wait three weeks for an appointment and was charged an extra $15 for the same service as Canadian Tire. Ali Sadeghi was told that his car would not be serviced for three weeks and was asked to put his car there for a day. Danish Mohamed had his oil filter housing broken and was charged $65 for the repairs. Nick Chen was refused a safety standard certificate due to a small windshield chip and was told to spend thousands of dollars to replace the windshield.
Lack of Transparency and Honesty
Reviewers have also expressed frustration with the lack of transparency and honesty at Strong Automotive. Slloni was quoted a price for an off-rim tire change, but was charged extra because his car was European. Lucas was told that his air suspension was ruptured, but he had already had it replaced by Strong Automotive.

Despite the negative reviews, Andy and Susan Nash have had positive experiences with Strong Automotive. They have been satisfied with the service and prices. Jason Hicks has taken his vehicles to Strong Automotive for over a decade and has been consistently satisfied with the service.
