Our team of dedicated professionals has over 50 years of combined experience delivering residential rental and property management services. We have structured our team into four departments to ensure that you receive the highest level of service at every step of the process.
Our Story
The story of Unique Accommodations began in the summer of 2000 when Nina Ferentinos and Mark Teasdale welcomed their son into the world and began making life-changing moves. Nina transitioned from a traditional real estate sales role to a management position in a company with a recently acquired furnished rental division. Mark built custom software for the types of business challenges Nina was describing. In late 2001, with corporate travel and the severe rental market lows, Nina's employer wanted to renegotiate her contract - an invitation to entrepreneurship! By February 2002, Nina established Prudential Unique Real Estate Accommodations Inc. Mark joined the organization full-time in 2004, and the company grew exponentially from there.
