One reviewer, Wonjeong Shin, had a very poor experience with Downtown Suites. They sent a message through PadMapper to inquire about a property and never received a confirmation or rejection. On the day of the appointment, they called to confirm and were told to park on the street and meet the realtor. However, when they arrived, they were unable to contact the realtor and were eventually told that the property was not available due to a pending application. The reviewer felt that the company was unprofessional and misleading.
