Issues with Real Estate Agent
Fred Carnall shares his disappointing experience with Christina, a real estate agent. He and his wife bought their first house with her assistance, but she showed them properties that were beyond their budget. Now, when selling their house, they've discovered several issues, including radon gas in the basement and crushed septic lines. Christina allegedly provided little guidance and even advised against counter-offering or testing for radon.
