Our story began over 30 years ago, when our founder, Bill Shipley, identified a need for notary and accounting services in the Victoria community. With a background in accounting, Bill established his practice and quickly built a reputation for reliability, accuracy, and professionalism. Over the years, our team has expanded to include a range of experienced professionals, each dedicated to delivering exceptional service and expertise.

Meet Our Team

Our team is comprised of highly skilled and experienced professionals, each with their own unique skills and strengths. We are proud to introduce our team members:

  • Tim Shipley, President: With a background in marketing and finance, Tim has a deep understanding of the financial services industry. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and is a certified Notary Public.
  • Lana Guseva, Controller: Lana has a solid background in accounting, having graduated from Camosun College with a diploma in Business Administration. She is currently working on completing her Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation.
  • Anne Jeffrey, Legal Assistant: Anne has a Bachelor's Degree in Hispanic Studies and Music from the University of Victoria. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia and is a member of the British Columbia Bar.
  • Pritika Narang, Executive Assistant: Pritika holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria and has a strong background in international business and service management.

  • Monday: 9:30am - 5:00pm
  • Tuesday: 9:30am - 6:00pm
  • Thursday: 9:30am - 6:00pm
  • Friday: 9:30am - 4:00pm

Please note that our office is closed on Wednesdays and we are open by appointment only.
