Disappointing Experiences
The first two reviews express disappointment with the company. L.L. feels deceived by a mistake on their invoice and cover letter, which led them to believe their insurance was for a year when it was actually for six months. They are appalled by what they perceive as an attempt to double their insurance cost. In contrast, Woody Wu's review is short and to the point, stating that the person who answered the phone was rude and that the company does not deserve their business.
Positive Feedback
On the other hand, several reviewers have had positive experiences with the company.
