Located on the West Coast of Canada in the heart of beautiful, historic Victoria, Crust Bakery has built a reputation for excellence, serving exquisite baked goods and outstanding coffee. Our bakery is owned and operated by Chef Tom Moore and Crystal Moore, who bring a wealth of experience in the culinary industry, having owned and operated patisseries and fine dining restaurants in Australia. Our passion is to serve exceptional products made from scratch using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients whenever possible.

At Crust Bakery, we take pride in our daily artisan breads, made with love and care. Our bread selection includes focaccia with fresh rosemary and confit garlic, and ancient-style slow fermented sourdough. We also offer specialty breads that change seasonally.

Our pastry selection includes croissants made from scratch every day, using real butter and slow-fermented dough. Our most popular pastry is our signature Raspberry, Lychee and Rosewater Pastry. We also offer an assortment of tarts, cakes, and quiches, all made with love and care.
