At Lynn Valley Orthopaedic and Sports Physiotherapy Centre, our mission is to provide exceptional care and therapy to our patients. We strive to alleviate pain, restore function, and get our patients back to their normal activities quickly and safely. Our highly qualified and experienced team of physiotherapists, registered massage therapists, and kinesiologists are committed to providing personalized and compassionate care to each and every patient.
Our Services
At Lynn Valley Orthopaedic and Sports Physiotherapy Centre, we offer a wide range of services to treat a variety of conditions and injuries. Our services include:

- Registered Massage Therapy: our registered massage therapists use manual therapy techniques to relax muscles, reduce pain and inflammation, and promote healing.
- Kinesiology: our kinesiologists design and implement exercise programs to improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Acupuncture: our acupuncture therapist uses this ancient technique to stimulate healing, reduce pain, and promote relaxation.
- Shockwave Therapy: our shockwave therapy machine uses high-energy sound waves to promote healing, reduce pain, and improve mobility.
- Blood Flow Restriction Therapy: our physiotherapists use this innovative technique to improve strength and function in patients with injuries or conditions.
- Sports Therapy: our sports therapists use specialized techniques and exercises to help athletes recover from injuries and improve performance.
- Exercise Programs: our physiotherapists design and implement customized exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, and function.
- Sports Programs and Prevention: our sports therapists provide education and training to prevent injuries and improve performance.
- CAR or WORKPLACE ACCIDENTS: our physiotherapists provide treatment and rehabilitation for individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents or workplace accidents.
Our Facility
Our newly renovated 5000 sq ft rehab centre includes an 1800 sq ft gym, where you can work out and get back to better health. Our facility is equipped with the latest manual therapy and mechanical therapy techniques, as well as supervision by a specialist in exercise performance.

Disappointing Experience
The first review is a disappointing one. Ellie Greenwood booked a 6:30 am appointment, but the physiotherapist was 15 minutes late with no apology. The physiotherapist did not treat her seriously and did not care about her injury. Ellie felt undervalued and did not receive clear guidance on her exercises.
Excellent Experience
