Our story began in 1962 when Luigi and Myrl Bontorin founded the company with a small family operation that included Luigi baking at night and delivering during the day in an old Volkswagen station wagon. Today, we operate from a 40,000 square foot facility in southeast Calgary, employing over 80 staff members.
