Insurance Agent Experience
Inefficient Service
The experience with the insurance agent was marred by inefficiency and forgetfulness. The agent failed to file the required documents, leading to unnecessary premium deductions. Despite being sent the necessary documents, the agent claimed that the parking insurance was not available, only to later admit to the mistake.
Lack of Accountability
The agent demonstrated a lack of accountability by shifting the responsibility of submitting documents to the company onto the customer. This lack of professionalism was frustrating and unacceptable.
