Communication Issues
Some reviewers have expressed disappointment with the communication at Millennium Auto. Kb Bastt mentioned poor communication and feeling neglected, as they didn't inspect their Mercedes due to its make and the company's sign outside advertising "Your Complete Neighbourhood Auto Service". Peter Veniot had a terrible experience, although he didn't specifically mention communication issues.
Incompetent Work and Quality Control
Peter Veniot was utterly disappointed with the work done by Millennium Auto. He had a new power steering pump installed, but it didn't last even a month due to improper bleeding from the line. He strongly advises against using the company.
