Our Team
From the moment you enter our pharmacy, you'll be greeted by helpful, friendly people whose goal is to provide the highest level of service and to delight you as a client. We're dedicated to exceeding standards, and constantly on the lookout for new and better ways to assist you and add value to the products and services we offer. Samantha Thai, our pharmacist, is a graduate of the Doctor of Pharmacy program at the University of Waterloo. She has had experience in community pharmacies, hospitals, and the national pharmacy advocacy organization. Samantha is passionate about providing the best possible patient care through new initiatives and expanded scope. She is always willing to lend a helping hand and is a volunteer of several non-profit healthcare and community groups.
Haley Taylor, our pharmacy assistant, is currently enrolled in the Pharmacy Technician program at Mohawk College. She is avid about providing the best overall patient care. She is a diligent and motivated individual who is always willing to learn new skills. Haley is always willing to embrace and engage with the profession and practice as a pharmacy team member who aims to positively contribute to the health of our community.

At McMaster Health Campus Pharmacy, we offer a wide range of services designed to meet the unique needs of our patients. These services include:
- Patient Counselling Services: Our pharmacists are experts on thousands of medications and make decisions that help maximize a patient's drug therapy. Our pharmacist will work with you to make sure that you and your loved ones are at ease and have a complete understanding of their medications.
- Diabetes Advice and Meter Training: For all our patients who have diabetes, we offer a Diabetes Meds check review where we will discuss your current medications as well as any potential obstacles and successes you may have had in your diabetes management. Our staff can also help you to choose the best glucometer to suit your needs.
- Meds Check Program: Managing multiple medications is no easy task. With all the different instructions and potential side effects it's hard to know if the medications you take on a daily basis are working as well. MedsCheck is a program that allows you to schedule a 20 to 30 minute one-to-one meeting with your community pharmacist to ensure that you are safely and appropriately using all types of medication. Think of it as a comprehensive medication review. And it's free! Just bring your OHIP card.
- Free Counselling and Consultations: Our pharmacists are not only experts on medications but also knowledgeable in the areas of disease prevention, nutrition, fitness, and general health and wellness. Our pharmacists will work with you to make sure that you and your loved ones are at ease and have a complete understanding of their medications.
- Shingrix Vaccine: We now offer the Shingrix vaccine, the most effective vaccine indicated to help prevent shingles in individuals 50 years of age or older. The vaccine is given as 2 injections, 2 to 6 months apart, and works by boosting your immune system to help protect you from shingles.
- Online E-Refills: Our quick and easy online refill service allows you to quickly and conveniently refill your prescriptions from the comfort of your own home.
Free Delivery
We also offer free delivery on all prescription refills. Simply call us to refill your prescription and we will deliver it to your work or home at no charge.
