Custom Label Printing Capabilities

We offer a variety of materials, including paper, poly, and tag stocks, and a range of printing options, including digital printing, consecutive numbering, and variable data. Our Process

At West Coast Labels, we understand the importance of quality and timeliness. Our process is designed to ensure that your labels are printed with precision and care. Here's an overview of how we work:

• Estimate: Our team will provide you with a comprehensive estimate based on label size, substrate, number of versions per size, and total quantity of printed sheet labels or labels for product packaging or boxes.
• Placing your order: Once you have placed your order, our team will send an Order Acknowledgement for your approval. Once approved, we will allocate or order all of the materials needed to complete the print job to your exact specifications.
• Art proof: Whether artwork is supplied or we create a custom design for your business in-house, we will email a PDF proof for your approval. When you are 100% satisfied with the overall design, the job will move into production.
• Production: Once your artwork has been approved, it moves into production where it is proofed internally by Quality Control to ensure all aspects of your product match the approved artwork or previous run.
• Final touches: After your labels have been custom printed, they will move into our finishing department where they are rewound and packaged to your jobs unique specifications. Delivery or pick up will be scheduled, and you will receive the final invoice from our Accounts Receivable department.
