- Massage Therapy: Our Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) are trained in various modalities, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, and myofascial release, to address musculoskeletal issues, stress, and overall relaxation.
- Chiropractic Care: Our Dr. of Chiropractor uses a combination of techniques, including Active Release Technique, Activator Technique, and Webster Technique, to restore proper spinal alignment, relieve pressure on joints, and promote optimal musculoskeletal function.
- Acupuncture: Our Reg. Acupuncturist uses research-proven techniques to stimulate the body's natural healing response, addressing pain management, stress relief, and overall wellness.
- Lymphedema Treatment: Our Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) therapists, all Registered Massage Therapists, have completed the full specialization of the Dr. Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage program, providing treatment for lymphedema and other lymphatic drainage disorders.
