Massage Therapy
Wolseley Wellness offers registered massage therapy tailored to individual needs, addressing chronic pain, stress, and injury recovery. Our therapists use evidence-based techniques, including myofascial release and trigger point therapy, to improve mobility and reduce discomfort. With over 20 years of combined experience, our team provides treatments for athletes, prenatal clients, and individuals with complex health conditions, focusing on holistic wellness and long-term relief.
Counseling Services
Our certified counselors provide trauma-informed therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Specializing in anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, and life transitions, sessions integrate cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices. Therapists hold advanced degrees and registrations with the Manitoba College of Social Workers, ensuring professional, compassionate care for clients aged 10+ in a non-judgmental environment.
Infant Massage
Designed for infants 252 weeks, this service teaches parents techniques to alleviate colic, improve sleep, and strengthen parent-child bonds. Led by certified instructors, sessions combine therapeutic touch with education on infant development. Therapists address muscular conditions and provide home care guidance, supporting optimal growth through gentle, nurturing massage techniques adapted to each baby's unique needs.
Facial Massage
Facial massage rejuvenates skin and reduces tension using Gua Sha, cupping, and Indian head techniques. This 6090 minute treatment targets lymphatic drainage, muscle relaxation, and circulation, promoting a rested appearance. Therapists use natural oils and tools to address stress-related facial tension, offering both aesthetic and therapeutic benefits in a calming, spa-like environment.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage combines heated stones with therapeutic touch to relax muscles and improve circulation. Sessions range from 4590 minutes, incorporating aromatherapy for enhanced relaxation. Therapists use temperature therapy to release adhesions, making it ideal for chronic tension or seasonal stress relief. This service is available at our Portage location with experienced registered massage therapists.
