At Metral Dental, we're committed to providing you with the highest level of quality care. That's why we're proud to offer a limited dental treatment warranty. This warranty covers a range of services, including composite bonded fillings, crowns and bridges, and implants.
Conditions
To maintain the warranty, you must:
1. Keep to your prescribed regular continuing care appointments with Dr. John Christensen's office - with no appointments varying more than 30 days from the recommended schedule.
2. Keep your account in good standing.
3. Have all ideal, recommended dental treatments performed by Dr. John Christensen's office.
