At BSA Engineering Consultants, we are a professional mechanical engineering consulting firm located in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. Our team of experts specializes in providing mechanical design and consulting engineering services for buildings, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression systems. Our Services

We offer a wide range of services, including the design and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, plumbing systems, and fire suppression systems. Our expertise also extends to feasibility studies for improving, upgrading or replacing existing mechanical and plumbing systems. We prepare building permit drawings and letters of assurance, and provide general site reviews and tender/construction phase support.

In addition to our mechanical engineering services, we can also provide energy-efficient solutions and design-build projects. We work closely with architects, owners, developers, project managers, contractors, and other project team members to deliver successful and cost-effective projects.

Our Team

Our team is led by Bassam Sabeeh, a registered professional engineer (P.Eng.) in the Province of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario. Bassam has over 18 years of mechanical engineering experience in various types of mechanical systems. He is also a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
