Project Management

Site Investigation and Testing

Our team of experts uses a variety of methods for site characterization, including drilling, testing, and other methods. We have experience using many methods, including drilling (Auger, Cone Penetration Testing (CPT), Mud/Air Rotary, Diamond Coring, Sonic), Test Pits, Dynamic Cone Penetrometer. We can assist with access planning, coordinating the utility checks, and permitting.

Engineering Services

Our geotechnical engineering staff are experts in their fields and have experience in providing results and solutions on-time and on-budget. Our services include:

• Ground Improvement: We have experience with preloading, rapid impact compaction, and other techniques normally used in the Lower Mainland.
• Instrumentation: We work with our drilling subcontractors to design and install geotechnical instrumentation for our projects and clients as needed.
• Foundation Design: We design foundations that take into account seismic hazards, including assessing liquefaction potential so that structural designers can take into consideration the site's expected response under an earthquake event.
• Retaining Walls and Engineered Slopes: We design and construct retaining walls and engineered slopes to increase usable spaces and stabilize slopes.
