Our story began in 1970, when our founder, Don Theriault, joined London Life, where he worked until 1980. With a passion for connecting with people and a desire to help businesses provide affordable group benefits for their employees, Don ventured out on his own to create Theriault Financial Inc.

Our Team

Over the years, our team has grown to include highly dedicated and knowledgeable professionals who share Don's vision. Our team members include Jeff Theriault, Lynne Theriault, and Chad Lavers. Jeff brings a passion for healthcare and client service to the table, having studied biology and chemistry at Mount St. Vincent University. Lynne, a senior manager at TFI, has a long history of management experience and a passion for reading, gardening, and spending time with her family. Chad, our newest team member, brings over 14 years of experience in the automotive industry and a strong customer service background.
