Driver Experience
The reviewers had a mixed experience with the drivers. Some drivers were rude, unprofessional, and did not meet expectations. For example, Jake Ryan Yu had a driver who was rude, took longer than expected to arrive, and drove recklessly. Agnes Makuch had a driver who took a longer route, which surprised her since she was using Google Maps to track her ride.
On the other hand, some drivers received positive feedback. For instance, Vaibhav Deshpande had a driver named Sunny who was on time, drove safely, and was courteous. Rose Thiessen had a driver who arrived on time, was professional, and friendly.
App and Booking Issues
Some reviewers experienced issues with the app and booking process. For example, Pamela Steedman was given a timeframe but was told that the driver didn't have a car lined up, and had to wait 20 minutes. Mara Jule's booked airport pickup was cancelled, as the driver drove to the wrong door and another person tried to take her cab.
Safety and Charging Issues
There were some concerns about safety and charging issues. For instance, Jp had a driver who added an extra $6 to his ride without notice. Sales Sajab had trouble paying for his fare using his debit card, which led to an error message and a lot of frustration.
