Our Story

KICKS Dance Studio has been providing high-quality dance training since 1984, with a passion for nurturing young dancers and fostering a love for the art of dance. Our studio has grown into a vibrant community of dancers, instructors, and families who share our values of excellence, creativity, and fun. With two convenient locations in Markham and Mount Albert, we offer a wide range of dance programs and services tailored to meet the needs of dancers of all ages and skill levels.

Our Services

At KICKS Dance Studio, we offer a diverse range of dance programs and services designed to cater to the unique needs and goals of our students. Our recreational programs are perfect for dancers who want to learn new skills, make friends, and have fun, while our competitive programs provide advanced training and performance opportunities for more experienced dancers. We also offer specialized programs for younger dancers, including our popular Mini-Dance program for 3-4 year olds.

In addition to our dance programs, we also provide a range of amenities and services to support our students and families, including a fully-equipped dance shop, viewing windows, lobby monitors, change rooms, and more. Our newly renovated Markham facility features three professionally equipped dance studios, while our Mount Albert location boasts professional rosco adagio dance floors and a state-of-the-art dance shop.

Our Faculty

Our faculty of experienced and qualified instructors are dedicated to providing the highest quality dance training in a nurturing and positive environment. With a focus on technique, creativity, and fun, our instructors are committed to helping our students achieve their goals and reach their full potential as dancers. From hip-hop to ballet, jazz to tap, and everything in between, our faculty are experts in their fields and passionate about sharing their love of dance with our students.
