What are the cancellation policies?
A $300 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 15 days incur full charges. Deposits can be transferred to new dates within the same year if canceled 30+ days ahead.
Are pets allowed at the resort?
Yes, well-behaved pets welcome in all cottages. Dog Patch agility course available seasonally. Owners must maintain control, clean up after pets, and avoid furniture access.
Can I access the internet?
Satellite Wi-Fi available in most cottages with limited streaming capability. Farmhouse has separate satellite connection. Pre-downloaded content recommended for smooth connectivity.
What winter activities are available?
Farmhouse rentals provide snowmobile trail access, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing on private trails. Located on TOPS Trail D102C with connections to regional snowmobile networks.
