Hoek Van Holland Landscaping Ltd. is a family-owned business that has been serving Victoria since 1992. Our story began in the Netherlands, where our founder, Peter Strybosch, worked on ships in the town of Hoek Van Holland as a teenager. When he emigrated to Canada in 1957, he brought his Dutch heritage with him and named his business after the town that held so many memories.

Peter's passion for landscaping led him to create Hoek Van Holland Nursery and Landscaping in 1972, located in Milliken, a suburb of Toronto. After selling his successful landscape and maintenance business, Agincourt Lawn and Landscaping, he built a new venture that would become a staple in the community. Today, his son, Steven James Strybosch, carries on the family legacy, bringing his own expertise and passion to the business.
