At Mental Health & Addiction Services of Ottawa, we are a team of dedicated mental health service providers with collectively over 100 years of experience in treating a wide range of mental health and addiction issues. Our mission is to provide individuals and families with assessments, counselling, and therapies to gain knowledge, understanding, and treatment for mental health and addiction issues. We endeavour to collaborate with all agencies, individuals, and service providers necessary to enable the best outcomes for our clients to reach their personal goals.
Our Services
We offer a comprehensive range of services, including individual and group counselling, therapy sessions, and support groups. Our team of skilled clinicians provides specialized services for specific mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), addiction, and child and youth behavioural issues. We also offer couples counselling, family therapy, and trauma-informed care. Additionally, we provide relaxation audio guides, online SMART Recovery meetings, and in-person SMART Recovery meetings.
Our Team
Our team consists of experienced and educated clinicians who regularly participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health and addiction services. Our clinicians work with clients aged 4-99, and all of them are supervised by a psychologist and can bill through extended health care plans. We also have a team of administrative staff who work together to provide exceptional service to our clients.
