Positive Experience
The majority of the reviews are extremely positive, with clients praising the clinic's staff, prices, and care for their pets. Many reviewers mention that the staff are compassionate, kind, and genuine, and that they provide quality care without being overpriced.
Concerns and Criticism
However, one reviewer, Megan Maitland, had a very negative experience. She described the clinic as "sexist and rude" and claimed that the doctor fired her as a client and then blamed it on her for insulting his skin color. She also mentioned that she was ignored while a male client was being attended to.
Emergency Care
Two reviewers mentioned receiving emergency care at the clinic. Stefani Tworyczuck wrote that the clinic saved her dog's life after another emergency vet recommended that he might be okay, but the medication would leak out slowly and could be dangerous. Kait Ripley also mentioned that the clinic took good care of her pet despite their emergency situation.
