Sales and Customer Service

Great experiences with sales and customer service were reported by multiple customers. Dan, Myles, Robin, Jeff, and Louis were all mentioned as providing excellent service. Customers appreciated their professionalism, knowledge, and helpfulness. For instance, Dan helped with all needs and made sure customers were comfortable. Myles was described as a gem, and customers were very happy with their purchases. Robin was excellent with financing, answering questions promptly. Jeff and Louis were also praised for their sales service and customer care.

Positive Experiences

Many customers reported positive experiences with Orleans Boat World. For example, a customer had a great experience with Myles, who helped them buy a boat. The service team, including Mike and Trevor, were responsive and helpful. Another customer mentioned that the staff went out of their way to help with setting up and taking down a full enclosure. A customer was also surprised and grateful when the staff replaced a broken fender on their trailer without asking.

Unique Celebration

One customer had a unique experience when they purchased a Legend 16 XTE. The staff at Orleans Boat World helped celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary by providing balloons, cake, and a gift basket. This made the experience even more special for the customer.

Negative Experiences

However, not all experiences were positive. One customer had a frustrating experience with the parts department, particularly with the manager Tyler. The customer ordered a part that never arrived and was told multiple times it would be delivered soon. Eventually, they had to cancel the order and were charged a stocking fee for a part that was never received.

Another customer reported a problem with their motor after having it serviced at Orleans Boat World. The oil looked like chocolate milk in the fall, which was concerning. Although the staff offered to help resolve the issue, the customer was unable to bring the motor back for examination and fix.

Overall
