Our Services
At The Bike Barn, we offer a wide range of services to keep your bike running smoothly and efficiently. Our service levels are designed to cater to different types of maintenance needs and budgets. Our Service Package Level 1 is a great option for bikes that require a quick tune-up or minor adjustments. For $100, we'll wash your bike, inspect its safety, lubricate the drivetrain, torque all fasteners, and make minor adjustments to brakes and shifting. We'll also inflate the tires to ensure optimal performance.
If your bike requires more extensive maintenance, our Level 2 service, The Barn's Traditional Tune, is the way to go. For $150, we'll provide everything included in our Level 1 service, plus a frame and drivetrain detail, drivetrain and brake service, headset, hub, and bottom bracket adjust, and a full wheel true. We'll also take your bike for a test ride to ensure it's running smoothly and safely. Our Level 3 service, which costs $375, is our most comprehensive package. It includes a complete bicycle disassembly down to the frame, overhaul of the bottom bracket, hubs, and headset, inspection and service of the freehub, and labour to replace all cables, housings, and bar tape.
A La Carte Services
In addition to our service packages, we also offer a range of a la carte services to help you maintain and customize your bike. For instance, our basic fork overhaul costs $75, while our rear shock service costs the same. We also offer brake bleeding for $40, install of fenders or racks for $40 each, installation of wired or wireless computers for $30 or $15 respectively, and alignment of derailleur hangers for $20. We also offer installation of tires and tubes for $17 to $35, depending on the type of bike and tire size, and installation of chains for $20.

At The Bike Barn, we're not just about fixing bikes; we're also passionate about riding them. We regularly organize group rides and events for our customers, and we invite you to join us. The Bike Barn is located at 300 Westminster Avenue West in Penticton, British Columbia. Our current hours of operation are Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00am to 5:30pm. We look forward to serving you at The Bike Barn.
