Operating Hours
We are open Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm, and Saturday from 10am to 6pm. We are closed on Sundays. By appointment only.

Unsatisfactory Experiences
The reviews of Sanjana Prasad, Annie Vong, and Sidney Hwang all express dissatisfaction with their experiences at Beaute. Sanjana's review is about her balayage treatment, which did not turn out as expected. Annie's review is about her experience with hair stylist Chi, who overbooked, rushed through the appointment, and failed to deliver the desired results. Sidney's review is about her experience with hair stylist Jessica, who made mistakes during the bleaching process and then overcharged her for corrections.
Poor Professionalism
All three reviewers highlight poor professionalism on the part of the stylists or management. Chi was overbooked and rushed, while Jessica failed to listen to her client's requests and overcharged her for corrections. Beaute's management was unhelpful and unresponsive to Sidney's complaints.
Overcharging
Sidney and Sanjana both felt that they were overcharged for their services. Sanjana was asked to pay additional money to fix the mistake, while Sidney was charged extra for corrections to Jessica's mistakes.
