Most customers had a positive experience with Action Lock & Security, praising the friendly and helpful staff, prompt and professional service, and reasonable pricing. Several reviewers mentioned specific instances where the company went above and beyond to assist them, such as fixing broken locks or cutting keys quickly.
Service Issues
However, one reviewer, Grant Phillips, had a negative experience with the company. He had two car keys programmed by a dealer but neither worked after being copied by Action Lock. The company initially blamed him for the issue, and he was not compensated for the cost of the keys or programming. Another reviewer, Adrian Chan, was disappointed with the price of a key cut for an older Honda CRV, which was $160 for a single key.
