Our Services

We offer both mat and reformer classes, as well as specialized classes in TRX suspension training, CoreBall, and Barre45. Our studio features four beautiful studio rooms, fully equipped with professional-grade Stott Pilates Reformers, Cadillacs, and Stability Chairs.
