Our classes are small and pre-registered, ensuring that you receive individualized attention and corrections. We offer a variety of class types, including Gentle Mat, ELDOA, Strength, and more. Our classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible, regardless of age or fitness level.

In addition to our in-studio classes, we also offer an On Demand Video Library, featuring over 70 pre-recorded classes. This is the perfect option for those who prefer to practice at home, or who need to supplement their in-studio practice.
